We would like to ensure everyone that we are committed to providing a safe environment for all of our employees, contractors and partners throughout the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. We are also doing everything we can to ensure that we continue providing the highest quality of services and keep the most vulnerable members or our society safe during this difficult time.

We are constantly monitoring news from various sources including the CDC, WHO and AHCA. Some of the best practices that we have been implementing include but are not limited to taking extra measures to keep our office spaces clean, discouraging unnecessary travel and cancelling all non-essential visits/appointments both in and out of our offices. We are also respecting the policies banning visitors from healthcare facilities, senior communities, doctor’s offices and other places in which our staff usually conducts in-person visits. We are asking all of our registered caregivers to alert us immediately of any illnesses or symptoms so that we can take appropriate measures such as sending a substitute caregiver to provide services for their clients and/or encouraging self-quarantine measures if necessary.

Even though we are not scheduling in-person meetings until further notice, we are open for business and still accepting new clients in need of private duty home care services. Because of the new restrictions to contain the virus, our staff is using phone and email to stay in touch with our clients, registered caregivers and business partners. You can reach us at any time of the day by calling one of our main numbers listed below. We are still in the office during regular business hours and have an answering service that forwards all after-hours messages to one of our on-call coordinators. Keep in mind that we can also conduct meetings via apps such as Facetime or Skype.

We are doing everything we can to make the lives of our clients and business partners a little easier during this stressful and uncertain time. In addition to scheduling private duty caregivers, we can assist you with coordinating various other services available in the community. One of our coordinators or nurses can evaluate your needs and make appropriate referrals or recommendations based on your individual needs.

We look forward to seeing all of you soon! Until that is possible, let’s keep all available lines of communication open. Call us today with any questions or concerns.

Best regards,
