I am so thankful to Potter Nursing Service for the love, kindness and care they showed my mom during a very difficult time. I wasn’t sure if she was going to make it, but having Potter Nursing as our teammate, they were able to inspire and help my mother make a miraculous recovery. I will forever be grateful that you led with love and expertise.

I am pleased to let you know that Magalie was my aide and due to her wonderful care of me, I have had a speedy recovery from my hip surgery. If I should need an aide again, she would be the one. She is very pleasant and kind.
After having a total hysterectomy, your registry assigned Jocelyn to be my private duty CNA for two nights. I was extremely pleased with the care she rendered. Jocelyn was constantly by my side, keeping me hydrated and as comfortable as possible. She was efficient in her caring for me during this painful time, as well as being pleasant.

I just wanted to tell you that getting prompt responses from an efficient, friendly person on the other end of the phone is making a difficult time much easier. I have been treated firstly like a valued consumer, but equally important, with kindness, respect and compassion.

Mavis lovingly cared for our mother as though she was her own. Her dedication was very reassuring to, and appreciated by, our entire family. Mavis’ skills were exemplary, and her honesty and integrity were beyond reproach.

From the very first moment I spoke to wonderful Kimberly, and in every single subsequent conversation, I have known that I have the support and friendship I so need at one of the most difficult times in my life. She listened with absolute attention to my description of my very ill husband’s needs and assured me that he and I would receive the help so essential to both of us.

I am writing to briefly inform you of my recent experiences and how they relate to my interactions with your company. My parents are now 82 years old and in declining health. My father has been under the care of an aide who you referred to us. She is treating my parents with great kindness and both my mother and father are much more relaxed and feeling less stressed. For me that is a great comfort.
Chantal assisted Mom with a variety of tasks including getting her ready for the day’s activities, helping her to eat and driving her for doctor’s appointments and personal errands. Chantal is an excellent driver in addition to having good home health care skills. She was impressively dependable and always showed the stamina needed to put in the long days.
A final thank you for all of the assistance that Potter Nursing provided my mother during the last months of her life. I found your company to be very professional and easy to work with during this difficult time for our family.
